1. Westfield Topanga and The Village

The mall also has a wide array of restaurants including the Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen. Beleaf Café in the food court and Veggie Grill across the street are also great places to grab a quick snack.
Rams owner Stan Kroenke recently blitzed another San Fernando Valley real estate deal with his purchase of The Village shopping center in Woodland Hills. The deal spans 30 acres bounded by Victory Boulevard to the north,Erwin Street to the south,Topanga Canyon to the west and Owensmouth Avenue to the east (and excludes the old Promenade zombie mall). Blumenfield worked hard to ensure that Measure M included guarantees for improvements to the Orange Line bus route through Woodland Hills and that grade separation to improve speed would begin in 2019.
2. Malibu Creek State Park
Malibu Creek State Park is the perfect outdoor destination for those seeking a mountain getaway within driving distance of Los Angeles. A wide variety of hiking,camping and picnicking opportunities await visitors in this scenic mountain park,which is also home to a summer campfire program.
Crags Road is a good introduction to the park. This 2.7-mile out-and back hike traverses lower canyon sections of this park. It passes the old M*A*S*H sets and a restored 4077 M*A*S*H ambulance.
Hikers who are more adventurous can continue to Bulldog Road,a 6.5-mile challenging trail that leads up to the summit of the park’s south boundary. From there you will have some stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges. This hike requires a high-clearance vehicle or good mountaineering skills.
3. Warner Park
The heart of the West Valley,Warner Center exemplifies how different uses can coexist in a highly compatible way. Within its 1.5 square-mile area,Warner Center has retail shopping centers,a regional mall,hotels,restaurants,movie theaters,office buildings,light and heavy industry areas and a Metro Orange Line station.

4. Topanga Canyon Overlook
The community’s natural surroundings are a big part of local culture. Along the trails,you’ll see streams,waterfalls and cliffs that expose bedrock. Birdwatching and photography is also very popular.
Parker Mesa Overlook is a popular trail for its spectacular views of Malibu’s coast. The Santa Monica Mountains are a 2.2 mile roundtrip hike to a graffitied rock ledge. Summer nights provide for stunning sunsets and cotton candy skies!
There are also a number of interesting dining options in the area that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements. Upper Las Virgenes Open Space Preserve,which offers hiking trails and scenic vistas,is also a top attraction.
5. Malibu Canyon Preserve
